Step 1: Complete Seller's Listing Preferences
You may go ahead and complete the following quick questionnaire. When you list with Bock Realty Group, you are provided an extensive list of complementary services to make this experience unique to YOUR desires. By completing the questionnaire, you will help us to develop a customized listing package that ensures all of your needs are met along the way.
Step 2: Sample Listing Agreement
Once you decide on a list price and list date we will get the listing documents sent to you for signing which includes an agency relationship, general information for sellers, the listing agreement, and required disclosures. Attached are the sample documents for your review and below is a quick video summary of the documents.

You will be receiving the listing documents for electronic signature via DocuSign. In the meantime, please watch a short video where Megan & Gabe explain the listing documents! Once you decide on a list price and list date we will get the listing documents sent to you for signing.
Step 3: Seller Disclosure/Seller Shield
Please watch the video in the attached link, We will send you a separate link via Seller Shield to complete the Seller Disclosure. This is required by law to present to a buyer. Note: This program, Seller’s Shield, will walk you through every question. It will ask if you would like to purchase “extra protection”… you do not need to purchase in order to proceed. Step 4: Items to Collect (ex: Survey & 2 Keys)
– Providing us with 2 keys will be most helpful during the listing process. – Do you have a copy of your survey from when you purchased? If you do not have it, let us know what title company you closed at and we can ask them for a copy. – After receiving the survey we will send an email with a T-47 form for you to complete. – Do you have the appraisal from when you purchased or refinanced? We like to double...

In an attempt to keep it in very simple terms- Targeted ads work in 3 different ways- Targeted, Behavioral and Contextual. Targeted is the use of the geo-fences (like around certain areas of Kyle Field, hotels, restaurants, etc.) and we specify certain criteria such as someone with a household income of $150k or higher and between the ages of 35-75 will “walk” into one of the geo-fences. They can then be served your ad for up to 30 days after “walking” into that geofence.
Keyword search re-targeting: this is based on if people have searched a certain word on various websites that are relevant to our listing and could be anything to do with real estate, aggie game day house, etc.
We also utilize site-retargeting which targets users who have previously visited a website as they surf the web-so basically if someone has visited our website we could serve them a web ad for one of our listings to further reach them.
