From helping us understand the current market, to pricing our home in the right place, to prepping us for pictures, to listing and showing, she and her team were fantastic. Think they are done at that point? Not at all - then they walked us through considering our offers, accepting the right one, navigating the inspection and specific requirements of the VA loan the buyers were using, and getting us to closing. I know there are a lot of excellent realtors in BCS, but you will be hard pressed to find someone better than Megan and her team.
