I don’t write many reviews, but I need to share how amazing our realtor Gabe Bock, has been during the past year and a half. He assisted us with the purchase of a lot in Bryan, TX, and has made countless trips to check on our new home construction, sending photo and video updates to us regularly since we do not live nearby. He has attended builder meetings and meetings with subs, all to be an extra set of ears for us through this process.

Gabe has also just assisted with the sale of our College Station, TX, townhome. Because of the expertise and diligence of the Bock Realty team, we received a very attractive offer the day after listing, and were able to close two weeks later!

We had a great experience working with our realtor, Gabe Bock, on the purchase of our home. As out of town buyers, Gabe helped set us up with the right builders based on our budget and then helped guide us through the process. Since we were out of town during construction, he stopped by regularly and provided us video updates on the progress and was present and engaged during the meetings with the builder to ensure that things were being done correctly.

Before all of the construction even started, Gabe had an hour long phone call with us on a Saturday night, talking through his experience living in College Station and why it's a great place to live. He even stopped by the store to get diapers for our son when we realized we forgot to bring them down with us. It's these kinds of things that separate Gabe and Bock Realty Group from the rest, and we are so glad we decided to work with them on purchasing our new home.
