We’ve bought/sold many homes over the last 35 years. I can say without any hesitation that recently working with the entire Bock team during our buy/build transaction in Bryan was by far the best experience we’ve ever had with a realtor. Having managed a service organization during my career I highly value customer service/responsiveness. It was obvious during our search for a new home and throughout the build process that the Bock team excels in this area. We were managing the build from out of town but the Bock team’s communications (including video updates of progress) were a tremendous help to us. Also, the timely responses to all of our questions (including many unrelated to the build) were a life saver. It was a little scary how quickly Gabe and team were getting back to us! Ha! But much appreciated. We are new to the B/CS area and the Bock team continues to provide us with valuable tips and information even after the closing of the transaction. I know their team has to be extremely busy, but the personal attention they provide made us feel like we were the only client. Finally, I rarely do online reviews of products or services. But given our extremely favorable experience with the entire Bock team, I’m happy to take the time to recommend them to others seeking a positive realtor experience.

Bock Realty Group is absolutely, hands down the best real estate team in the Bryan/College Station region. We recently worked with Adam Edrington to sell our house in Navasota. Our experience with Adam was beyond expectations! Not only did he help us sell our home, but he also helped us find the perfect rent house to move into in Bryan. He was there every step of the way to answer any questions or concerns we had. When we are ready to buy our next home we will definitely be giving him a call.

If you want the best real estate team in the B/CS region, this power couple is #1! First off, Megan is super sweet and very knowledgeable. I loved working with her. She took us to see as many homes as we wanted and then of course, we decided on new construction after all was said and done. When I said I want this house with my home selling contingency, she made it happen. Then when I couldn't sell my home with Orchard, she referred out a top agent in Austin she knew that made it happen for us and got it sold in under a month. On top of it, there was constant communication from the team. It was a surplus of communication but was very much welcomed! Gabe sent us weekly video updates on the home construction status which was exciting to see since we lived 2 hours away at the time. The builder tried to push our walk through which we were in town for but with Gabe and Megan's help, they still made it happen. Gabe was there to point out things in the blue tape walk through and I was very thankful to have that resource and eye for what needed to be fixed. Then on closing Megan was there to congratulate us and give us very helpful info and talk to us more about what the Bock Team will do. They give $100 to a charity of your choice after closing which I thought was really special. They also have client appreciation events for networking and we hope to attend their next one. She's also been involved post closing in getting the builder to work on our post closing punch list. They also mail out your exemption form for your taxes. I've been in real estate lending for years and have never seen or worked with a group like them. I can't say enough good things!
