We had a great experience working with our realtor, Gabe Bock, on the purchase of our home. As out of town buyers, Gabe helped set us up with the right builders based on our budget and then helped guide us through the process. Since we were out of town during construction, he stopped by regularly and provided us video updates on the progress and was present and engaged during the meetings with the builder to ensure that things were being done correctly. Before all of the construction even started, Gabe had an hour long phone call with us on a Saturday night, talking through his experience living in College Station and why it's a great place to live. He even stopped by the store to get diapers for our son when we realized we forgot to bring them down with us.
