We had a great experience working with our realtor, Gabe Bock, on the purchase of our home. As out of town buyers, Gabe helped set us up with the right builders based on our budget and then helped guide us through the process. Since we were out of town during construction, he stopped by regularly and provided us video updates on the progress and was present and engaged during the meetings with the builder to ensure that things were being done correctly. Before all of the construction even started, Gabe had an hour long phone call with us on a Saturday night, talking through his experience living in College Station and why it's a great place to live. He even stopped by the store to get diapers for our son when we realized we forgot to bring them down with us. It's these kinds of things that separate Gabe and Bock Realty Group from the rest, and we are so glad we decided to work with them on purchasing our new home. She was so attentive to find the right market price for our (very unique) house, help get our house at it's best to go onto the market, and then walked us through the entire contract/selling process. I don’t write many reviews, but I need to share how amazing our realtor Gabe Bock, has been during the past year and a half. He assisted us with the purchase of a lot in Bryan, TX, and has made countless trips to check on our new home construction, sending photo and video updates to us regularly since we do not live nearby. He has attended builder meetings and meetings with subs, all to be an extra set of ears for us through this process. Gabe has also just assisted with the sale of our College Station, TX, townhome. Because of the expertise and diligence of the Bock Realty team, we received a very attractive offer the day after listing, and were able to close two weeks later! And most importantly, Gabe is a very kind and considerate person, always professional and caring, and eager to do all he can to help. We’ve bought/sold many homes over the last 35 years. I can say without any hesitation that recently working with the entire Bock team during our buy/build transaction in Bryan was by far the best experience we’ve ever had with a realtor. Having managed a service organization during my career I highly value customer service/responsiveness. It was obvious during our search for a new home and throughout the build process that the Bock team excels in this area. We were managing the build from out of town but the Bock team’s communications (including video updates of progress) were a tremendous help to us. Also, the timely responses to all of our questions (including many unrelated to the build) were a life saver. It was a little scary how quickly Gabe and team were getting back to us! Ha! But much appreciated. We are new to the B/CS area and the Bock team continues to provide us with valuable tips and information even after the closing of the transaction. I know their team has to be extremely busy, but the personal attention they provide made us feel like we were the only client. Finally, I rarely do online reviews of products or services. But given our extremely favorable experience with the entire Bock team, I’m happy to take the time to recommend them to others seeking a positive realtor experience.
