Below are the Top 5 Documents you’ll typically need when applying for a home loan:
- Bank Statements
- Most recent 60 days of statements for any accounts you’ll be using (include all pages).
- If statements are quarterly or annual, provide the most recent.
- Paystubs
- Copies of your most recent 30 days of paystubs that reflect year-to-date income.
- Photo ID
- A clear, legible copy of the front of your photo ID (usually your driver’s license).
- Tax Returns
- Signed copies of your last 2 years of personal tax returns, including all schedules.
- If the latest year hasn’t been filed yet and it’s after April 15, include your filed extension.
- W-2s
- Copies of W-2 forms from all employers over the last 2 years.
