Shane Vinsant is a Realtor® based in Bryan–College Station, specializing in residential real estate and short-term rental investments. A proud graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Finance, Shane combines his analytical background with hands-on experience in property investment and management to help clients make confident, informed real estate decisions.
Before launching his real estate career, Shane was an All-American tennis player at Texas A&M and a key member of multiple SEC Championship teams. After his playing career, he returned to Aggieland as an assistant coach for the Men’s Tennis Team, where he spent three years mentoring student-athletes and deepening his connection to the community.
Five years ago, Shane co-founded Embark Rentals, a company specializing in short-term rental investment and management. Through Embark, Shane has gained extensive, practical expertise in evaluating, acquiring, and operating income-producing properties—experience he now uses to guide clients through every step of their real estate journey.
Shane lives in Bryan, Texas, with his wife Alexis and their son. When he’s not helping clients or managing properties, he enjoys spending time with family, staying active, and supporting Texas A&M athletics.
