After joining the Aggie football team as a walk-on in 2005, his heart and effort earned him the ultimate marks of respect: earning a spot on special teams and at running back, wearing the hallowed “12th Man” jersey during his junior and senior seasons, securing a full athletic scholarship, and being voted Team Captain by his peers. To cap off his collegiate career, his teammates awarded him the Aggie Heart Award—the highest honor given to an A&M football player, recognizing unmatched effort, desire, and leadership.
That exact same “12th Man” spirit drives Ryan’s real estate career today. He is a fierce advocate and an elite problem-solver for his clients. After earning a Master’s Degree in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco, Ryan spent years managing high-stakes logistics, facilities, and large-scale events for Texas A&M Athletics. He then transitioned into the community, spending over six years as a teacher, co-offensive coordinator, and speed and agility director at Bryan Rudder High School. Whether orchestrating complex game-day operations or designing championship-level athletic strategies, Ryan excels at navigating high-pressure situations and finding solutions where others see roadblocks.
Now specializing in the Bryan/College Station market, Ryan brings his elite work ethic, strategic mindset, and local expertise to every transaction.
