Roy May, Jr.

Roy May is a real estate agent with Bock Realty Group, specializing in residential, farm & ranch, and investment properties across Bryan, College Station, and the greater Brazos Valley. He also serves clients throughout Spring, Montgomery, Cypress, Magnolia, and the Greater Houston area.

A former Yell Leader for the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2015, Roy attended Texas A&M University after transitioning from Active Duty in the U.S. Army to the Reserves. During his military career, he served as a Sentinel at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington National Cemetery, supported recovery efforts at the Pentagon following 9/11, and deployed to Iraq with the 82nd Airborne Division as a combat squad leader.

Now a retired Army veteran, Roy brings a disciplined, detail-oriented, and service-driven approach to real estate. He works with buyers, sellers, and investors to navigate the Texas real estate market with clarity and confidence—whether purchasing a primary residence, selling a home, acquiring land, or building an investment portfolio.

With deep roots in both Spring, Texas and Aggieland, Roy understands the nuances of the Houston suburban markets as well as the unique dynamics of Bryan–College Station, including student housing, game day properties, and long-term investment opportunities.
In his spare time, Roy enjoys golfing, fishing, bowling, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
