I was able to sell my house within weeks after contacting their office. The issues at hand were complicated given a 'cloudy title' which involved my initial co-signer. Documents needed to be notarized and my co-signer lives out of town. They have connections all over the state and simply contacted a fantastic mobile notary who accommodated my co-signer's schedule. Within hours the 'cloudy title' was remedied. This house was a rental property which involved communicating with my tenants of 4 years. They treated this family with respect and kept them up to date as if they owned the house as well. Each person on their team is kind and personable. When it came to staging the house and going through offers, the process was literally seamless. They know what they are doing and they get things done!
