Lisa Sledge is a Realtor and the Staging Specialist for Bock Realty Group, where she combines her love for people and homes into every part of the buying and selling process. Her passion for beautiful, welcoming spaces began early—her mom still laughs about how little Lisa would walk through houses as a child and comment on outdated drapes or impractical floor plans. That early eye for design has grown into a lifelong love for helping others see the potential in a home.
Before entering real estate, Lisa spent 20 years on staff in ministry at Grace Bible Church, where she developed a deep love for building relationships and walking alongside people through their life stories. About three years ago, she joined Bock Realty Group as the Staging Specialist, using her creativity and design instincts to help clients prepare their homes for market. Over time, she realized she wanted to walk through the entire real estate journey with her clients—from staging to closing—and earned her real estate license.
Lisa thrives in helping sellers get their homes picture-perfect and market-ready, and she finds great joy in helping buyers discover the right home for their needs. Whether it’s guiding Aggie parents buying a house for their student, assisting a growing family, or helping someone envision the potential in a fixer-upper, Lisa is passionate about making the process feel personal, purposeful, and even fun.
Lisa and her husband Toby—both proud Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of ’99—have lived in College Station for over 30 years. They’ve raised three children in this amazing community (two of whom are Aggies themselves), and love helping other families find their place here too. Their youngest daughter has autism, which has opened the door to a beautiful community of families and a special connection to *Beloved and Beyond*, a summer camp for individuals with special needs. Lisa and Toby serve as cabin parents each summer, and Lisa donates a portion of every real estate transaction to the camp.
An Enneagram 7, Lisa brings energy, optimism, and heart to all she does. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find her browsing Facebook Marketplace, treasure-hunting at HomeGoods, or spending time with her family. Her faith is the foundation of her life, and she’s deeply grateful for the people God has brought into her life through real estate. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, an investor, or someone simply needing a fresh start, Lisa would be honored to help—and she’s pretty sure you’ll become friends in the process.
