Homes are staying on the market a little bit longer right now and that…combined with not competing with a massive amount of buyers…creates a real opportunity to the home buyer.
There have been a couple of recent drops in interest rates so maybe they’re coming back to “normal.” But you marry the house and date the rate…you can refinance anytime if the rates improve in the coming months.
