Jessica has worked in Texas real estate in multiple regards for the past 10 years. She brings a mixed skill set of experience in land and ranch, commercial and luxury residential sales as well as real estate law. She prides herself on her attention to detail and continuously staying apprised of the land and development markets with her continued research with the world-renowned Texas A&M University School of Architecture Land and Development program. Her primary passion for focusing on real estate is to responsibly develop Texas and to provide comprehensive services for her clients that is second to none.

 

Jessica grew up rescuing horses on the land that her family founded as immigrants and created into the city of Bellville, Texas in 1848. Some of her favorite hobbies are hunting, fishing, and hiking the beautiful lands and parks of Texas. Tradition and family are prized legacies to this third generation Aggie. Customs, respect, and honor go deep to her core. She is a wife to a Texas police officer and mother to two children and two energetic hunting dogs.

 

Jessica began her career in law which encompassed public and private law in estates and trusts, taxes, real estate licensing and transactions, complex family law and dissolution of property, and products and premise liability. She was later invited to become a part of the legal and real estate team for a private international equity firm building domestic and international restaurants, hotels, hospitals, sports facilities, and even flying car hubs. Later in her career she began work in legislation at the Capital with the Texas Real Estate Commission and Texas Appraisal Licensing and Certification Board to protect land and real estate pricing in Texas.

 

Jessica’s mission is to find everyone their place in this world by providing service beyond what is required or expected. She works to defend the land of Texas, to be of exceptional service to the families that have loved and cared for the land, and responsibly develop our home communities.
